Below is a link for a non-automatic pre-release upgrade for EBis 3.2.  Please forward this information to whoever does your EBis upgrades.  To manually upgrade, follow the instructions below.

Instructions (these must be performed on the server machine):

• Download the file on the server computer from the link above.
• Open the zip file, and extract the files to the location where the EBis 3 files are.  This is most likely either:

• c:\Program Files\EBis 3 folder,
• C:\Users\Public\Documents\EBis 3 folder
• Make sure to overwrite (“replace”) all existing files
  If a file is locked and cannot be overwritten, check the Task Manager > Processes and kill all “EBis3.exe” processes (for all users).  If this does not solve it, restart the server, or make sure none of the files are being accessed in the Server’s computer management console.

• Once unzipped, go to this folder found in step #2.
• Double-click on UpgradeDB3.exe.
• Enter your server information.  Then press Connect.

  If you do not know your server name or password, you can try to load the information from EBis by pressing the “Load Settings from EBis” option on the Connect Screen.

• Then press “Upgrade Database Structure.”  Once it has been upgraded, a message will appear and you can hit OK.

Once this is done, you should restart EBis on all computers that are using EBis, in order for the application to upgrade to the latest version.
